Refund Policy
Last updated November 3, 2026
We want every family to feel good about Still Telling. Our refund rule is simple and the same for every plan.
30 days, any reason
- You can get a full refund within 30 days of purchase, for any plan or add-on: Keeper, Heirloom, extra copies, extra storytellers and gifts.
- After 30 days, purchases are final. We don't give refunds after 30 days, whatever the plan.
- One exception: once you approve a printed book (Heirloom or an extra copy) for printing, it's made just for you and can't be refunded, even within the 30 days.
Printed books
- Nothing prints until the storyteller (or their helper) previews and approves every page, so please check names, dates and photos carefully before approving.
- Approving printing makes that order final: Heirloom and extra copies are non-refundable from that moment.
- We don't offer free reprints. Additional or replacement copies can be ordered at the extra-copy price.
- If a book is lost or damaged in shipping, contact us and we'll help you file a claim with the carrier or our print partner.
Gifts
The 30 days start on the day the gift is purchased, not the day it's redeemed. Refunds go to the person who paid.
Your stories stay yours
A refund ends the paid plan, but the storyteller can still download everything they've created, free.
How to ask
Email support@stilltelling.com from the email on your receipt within 30 days of purchase. We reply within 2 business days. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe and usually appear within 5 to 10 business days.
The free preview and the free Spark plan don't involve payment, so there's nothing to refund.
